Clear plastic release button
I needed a part for my probreeze air fryer and filip was so helpful he was so clear with what information he needed from me, replying to my emails immediately, so glad to say my part for the airfryer which was the plastic release button on the handle is in the post to me. Thankyou Filip ?

Poor products- mini dehumidifiers
I bought 2 mini dehumidifiers in Nov 22.
In the last 2 weeks both have stopped working.
I have emailed the company x2 as there is no tel no to call.
The response is poor and slow they just asked for order no!
No indication on how to return faulty goods, and I paid for extra warranty.
I would not recommend this company or its products and has inadequate service support.
I will pursue this through trading standards if not resolved.

Bought a 20l dehumidifier in December was great but it broke . But got on to issy at customer services and after a couple of emails was told a new one was on its way received it and its working great and the customer service was excellent a pleasure to contact and rectified problem without any hassle thanks issy

A very positive experience so far
So far so good! This has been a very quick and easy process with updates throughout. I purchased a dehumidifier on Friday and Saturday morning, 9.30am, it arrived.
Having started using the dehumidifier this morning the humidity in the house has dropped by 20%, and is still going down. So the product is working well so far.
Setup and use has been easy, as well as removal and emptying of the water tank.
A very positive experience so far, I'll provide a further update once we've been using the product for several weeks.

I purchased a small heater from Pro Breeze. The heater was perfect for my use and I was very happy with it. Unfortunately, the heater became faulty. I contacted Pro Breeze. Jenny was quick to reply and replaced the faulty heater with a new one. The service was fantastic.

Company sent out one dehumidifier instead of the purchased two, however once I contacted customer support and talked to Emma, she was extremely proficient and helpful.
Excellent communication and understanding of the situation, Emma sorted this for me in a matter of days.
